We ship internationally to the following countries only for now: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Czechia, Australia, Dubai UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Panama.
International shipping will take approximately 7-14 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with FedEx. Shipping fee is HKD1200 for all international orders
Please note that Eluse will calculate and collect Import Duties and Taxes at checkout for international orders so that customers do not have to pay the fees upon delivery of their order.
Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. No returns can be accepted on international purchases. All shipments are tracked.
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
You have one calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
